ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email or a checkout
confirmation window with a system-generated order number.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Xerina.pk reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to:

  • Items being out of stock during processing or fulfillment.
  • Technical errors during order placement.
  • Negative or suspicious order history.
  • Articles failing quality control checks.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery or email address provided by the customer.
  • Pricing discrepancies.
  • Declined payments by the issuing financial institution.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it is processed or shipped.

DELAYS

Liabilities Not Assumed:

Xerina.pk will make every effort to deliver orders promptly as per the regular delivery schedule. However, the store will not be held liable for delays in pickup, transport, or delivery caused by:

  • Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, storms, floods).
  • Force majeure events (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control).
  • Lost, damaged, misdelivered, canceled, or out-of-stock items.

Force Majeure Clause:

In the event of circumstances beyond Xerina.pk’s control that prevent fulfilling obligations under these terms, the store shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its duties.

ORDER PLACEMENT

  • Customers can make payments through available payment methods on the website or via bank transfers.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of order placement. If an item is out of stock, customers will be offered an alternative product/design/color within the same price range.
  • Delays in delivery may occur due to out-of-stock items, and orders may be canceled without prior notification if no confirmation is received from the customer.

International Orders:

Processed only after payment confirmation from international customers.

Domestic Orders:

  • Orders up to PKR 60,000 can be confirmed with payment upon delivery.
  • Orders above PKR 60,000 require advance payment.
  • Stitching orders require 100% advance payment.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Normal Days:

  • Local Delivery: 3–6 working days.
  • International Delivery: 5–10 working days.
